Inspector’s comments
All cold and hot holding adequate. Facility was prepping ribs for their dinner special upon inspection. Facility will be closing October 3rd. A beach sign reading No Lifegaurd On Duty Swim at Your Own Risk, the manager said that many kids swim at the location over the summer. No beach permit currently. Operator was instructed to close the beach until further notice.
