All cold holding on prep line functional chicken 42F, beef 43F, lo mein 40F. walk-in cooler functional chicken 40F, egg roll 42F, fried chicken 40F. All hot holding functional rice 150F. Hair restraint and glove observed. All freezer units functional. Facility is overall cleaner than in previous inspections.
