Inspector’s comments
All hot holding functional lobster bisct soup 150F. All cold holding on the cook line functional chicken 42F, hamburger patty 44F, lobster 40F, sliced tomatoes 41F. All refrigerators functional sliced cheese 42F, Sliced lunch meant 40F. All freezer units functional. Refrigerator unit that was not hold temperature from last inspection is now working properly. Facility is still doing temperatures logs daily. Ice machine are clean. Walk-in freezer functional. Walk-in cooler functional rice 42F, ham 41F, sausage patties 40F. Facility could use a good top down clean.
