Inspector’s comments
All cold and hot holding acceptable. Milk 44 degrees (food trailer), pepperoni 43 degrees (prep unit), hamburger 145 degrees. Very nice ceiling in place in the garage back storage unit which is a correction from a violation last year. Last week open 7 days a week. Septic system appears to be functioning well at the time of inspection. Food trailer open on busy days/weeks.
