Inspector’s comments
1) Reviewed cooling with staff. During inspection the following items were observed actively cooling and found to be meeting the cooling curve with adequate techniques to facilitate cooling: Prime rib, penne pasta, goulash, broccoli cheddar soup. Cooling fact sheet distributed at time of inspection. |2) Unfinished area in basement cited on previous inspection since corrected.
