Inspector’s comments
All cold holding temperatures appropriate at 45 degrees F or below at the time of inspection|New three bay electric hot holding unit for soups and chili. Commercially prepackaged food products should be rapidly reheated to 140 degrees F within two hours after opening, and then hot held at that temperature as a minimum.|Hot dogs and hamburgers are being individually hot held in the metal turkey roaster before being reheated for service.
